The Coexistence Plan is the document that allows us to specify the organisation and functioning of the centre in relation to coexistence. In it we are going to establish the general lines that the centre is going to adopt, the objectives that we want to achieve and the actions to be carried out in order to achieve the proposed objectives.

This plan promotes the development of skills such as the ability to communicate constructively in different social and cultural environments, show tolerance, express and understand different points of view, negotiate knowing how to inspire confidence and empathy. People must be able to manage a behaviour of respect for differences expressed in a constructive way.

Fostering equity, equal opportunities, respect for democratic principles and fundamental rights and freedoms, involves implementing flexible and varied measures to adapt the structure and organization of the center, the needs and demands of society, and the various skills, interests, expectations and personality of students.
